Long Beach, Calif. – March 7, 2016 – Nella Marov, FreeConferenceCall.com Customer Care Manager, won the Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service Leader of the Year at the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Thousands of applicants from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition for the highly coveted award, which was presented to Marov during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. This commitment to each customer is a long-held tradition at the company, where Founder David Erickson answered every customer call himself for the first 918 days.

No one is more deserving of this recognition.”

Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 100 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 59 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. Other winners this year includes: Delta Airlines, DHL Express and IBM.

“Entries to the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continue to grow every year, further validating the essential roles that business development, customer service, and sales play in business success,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.

“I am honored to be named ‘Customer Service Leader of Year’ because it recognizes the significant accomplishments we’ve been able to achieve as a Customer Care team,” said Marov. “I share this award with my dedicated co-workers, who ensure our company’s vision is met each day.”
